This Privacy Policy explains how QLIKWEAR ("QLIKWEAR", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit or make a purchase on qlikwear.com (the "Website") or interact with us via our mobile experiences, customer support, social channels, or WhatsApp/SMS.

We operate from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and serve customers primarily in Delhi/NCR with hyperlocal delivery and a Try & Buy service. Your use of our Website and services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Scope & Legal Basis

This Policy applies to personal data we process about visitors, customers, prospective customers, and individuals who interact with QLIKWEAR (collectively, “you”).
 

We process your data in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and, as applicable, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and its rules when notified.

  • Location Data: approximate location from IP; and precise location (only with your consent) to offer hyperlocal features like 30‑Minute Express and Try & Buy.

  • Order & Transaction Data: items viewed/added/purchased, order IDs, delivery preferences, returns/exchanges, communications related to orders.

  • Payment Data: payment method, masked card details/UPI handle, transaction IDs and status (processed via secure payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers or CVV).

  • Device & Technical Data: device type, OS, browser, IP address, cookies, pixel tags, log files, performance diagnostics.

  • Usage & Analytics Data: pages viewed, features used, referral URLs, engagement with emails/push/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Customer Support Content: messages, call notes, chat transcripts, feedback, and preferences you share with us.

  • User-Generated Content (UGC): ratings, reviews, photos you upload—processed with your permission and subject to our Terms.

  • Technology & Cloud Providers: hosting, analytics, customer support, and communications platforms (email/SMS/WhatsApp/push).

  • Professional Advisors & Compliance: auditors, lawyers, or authorities where legally required.

  • Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality and continued protection of your data.

We do not sell your personal data.

International Transfers

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements (e.g., tax and audit). When data is no longer needed, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise it in a secure manner.
