Return & Exchange Policy

Quick Snapshot

  • Window: 7 days from delivery (only on items marked Returnable)

  • Pickup: Within 24 hours in serviceable Delhi/NCR pincodes (best-effort; see notes)

  • Refunds: Back to original payment method

  • Timeline: We initiate within 24 hours after QC; banks/UPI usually post in 2–5 business days (some up to 7)
     

Try & Buy: Return on the spot at delivery only; once delivery is completed, it’s final sale

Returns — Simple & Fast

  1. 7-Day Return Window
    Not vibing with it? If the product page shows Returnable, start a return within 7 days of delivery.

  2. 24-Hour Pickup Promise
    Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup within 24 hours for eligible pincodes. If a time slot isn’t available (weather, festivals, peak hours), we’ll book the earliest next slot.

  3. One-Time Return
    Each item can be returned once. Partial returns in a multi-item order are fine.

  4. Condition Check (QC)
    Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags/packaging, and free of makeup, perfume, or damage. Items failing QC may be sent back to you.

  5. Refunds
    We initiate your refund within 24 hours of the item reaching our store and clearing QC.
    Banks/UPI/wallets typically credit in 2–5 business days (some issuers may take up to 7).

  6. COD Refunds (if you used COD)
    Add your UPI ID or bank details in the return flow. We’ll transfer directly after QC.

  7. Non-Returnable
    Items marked Non-returnable/Final Sale, intimate/innerwear, and freebies are not eligible.

Try & Buy — On-the-Spot Only

  • At delivery: Try your picks while our partner waits. Keep what you love; hand back the rest.

  • After delivery is completed: Items kept under Try & Buy become final sale (no return/exchange later).

  • Refunds for on-the-spot returns: Initiated once items reach our store and pass QC (posting in 2–5 business days, up to 7).

Exchanges — Easy Swaps

  • 7-Day Exchange Window
    Request a size/color exchange within 7 days (if the product page allows exchanges).

  • Pickup & Drop
    We’ll pick up the original and deliver the replacement—typically within 24 hours post-approval in serviceable areas.

  • Like-for-Like Only
    Exchanges are for size or color of the same item. One exchange per item.

  • Stock & Price
    Exchanges depend on stock. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund after QC. If the new variant has a price difference, we’ll collect/refund the difference at checkout.

  • RTO on Exchange
    If the exchange order is returned to origin due to unavailability/no response, the exchange is cancelled. No re-attempts.

Return Pickup — What to Expect

  • Heads-Up Call: Our partner will call before pickup—please keep the item ready.

  • Original Condition: Keep tags/packaging intact to speed QC and refunds.

  • Packaging: Use the original polybag/box where possible; include all accessories/freebies.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery at care@qlikwear.com with photos/video. We’ll fast-track a replacement or refund.

Good-to-Know (Fine Print)

  • Eligibility lives on the product page. Always check the Returnable/Exchangeable tag.

  • Abuse/Fraud: We may limit services for suspicious or repeated misuse.

  • Service Variations: Pickup/express timelines may vary during extreme weather, high-demand hours, or festivals—but we’ll always offer the earliest slot.

  • Where does my refund go?
    Always to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded to UPI/bank.

  • How long do refunds take?
    We initiate within 24 hours after QC. Banks/UPI typically post in 2–5 business days (some up to 7).

  • Can I cancel instead of returning?
    If not dispatched—yes, from your Orders page. If dispatched, use the 7-day return.

  • Can I return an exchanged item?
    No—one exchange per item; no returns/exchanges after that.
